The plain-English version
Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not automatically create a client relationship. A project begins only after Tatva Digital and the client agree to the scope, price, responsibilities, timeline and payment terms through a proposal, quotation, written confirmation or separate service agreement.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Tatva Digital website and to communications or enquiries initiated through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the website.
These website terms do not replace a project-specific proposal, quotation, scope of work, invoice, email confirmation or service agreement. Where a project-specific document conflicts with these website terms, the more specific written project terms will normally take priority.

Website Information
Content on this website is provided for general information, service discovery and enquiry purposes.
We try to keep descriptions, examples and information accurate, but website content may not always reflect the latest service availability, pricing, technology, deliverables or commercial terms.
Website content should not be treated as:
- A binding quotation.
- A guaranteed project timeline.
- A promise that a project will be accepted.
- A guarantee of commercial, ranking or revenue results.
- Legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.
Tatva Digital may update, remove or change website content, services, layouts and features without prior notice.
Project Enquiries
Submitting the Start a Project form, sending an email, starting a WhatsApp conversation or calling Tatva Digital does not automatically create a contract or client relationship.
An enquiry is an invitation to discuss a possible project. Tatva Digital may:
- Request additional information.
- Recommend a different scope or approach.
- Provide an estimated or formal quotation.
- Decline an enquiry or project.
- Refer the enquiry to another provider where appropriate.
Tatva Digital is not required to accept every enquiry and may decline work based on availability, scope, budget, technical feasibility, ethical concerns, conflicts or other reasonable business considerations.
Proposals and Project Agreements
A project normally begins only after the parties agree to relevant commercial and operational terms.
These may be recorded in one or more of the following:
- A formal proposal.
- A quotation.
- A scope of work.
- An invoice or payment schedule.
- An email or WhatsApp confirmation.
- A service agreement or contract.
Project-specific documents may define:
- Deliverables and excluded work.
- Project stages and milestones.
- Pricing and payment dates.
- Client responsibilities.
- Revisions and approval limits.
- Cancellation and refund conditions.
- Ownership and licensing terms.
- Support or maintenance periods.
Verbal discussions and informal estimates should not be treated as final project commitments unless they are confirmed in writing.
Pricing, Invoices and Payments
The Tatva Digital website does not currently process direct online payments.
Prices displayed on the website, if any, are indicative starting points or package references unless clearly stated otherwise.
Final pricing may depend on:
- Project scope and number of pages.
- Required features and integrations.
- Content, design and asset requirements.
- Technical complexity.
- Third-party software or licence costs.
- Requested timeline or urgency.
- Support, maintenance or training requirements.
Payment amounts, methods, milestones and due dates will be specified in the relevant proposal, quotation or invoice.
Work may not begin until the required advance, booking amount or initial milestone payment has been received.
Tatva Digital may pause work, withhold unpublished deliverables or delay launch where an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date.
Bank charges, payment-platform charges, taxes, licences, hosting, domain costs and other third-party charges may be billed separately where stated in the project scope.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information required to complete the project.
Client responsibilities may include:
- Providing business information, text, images and brand assets.
- Providing required website, hosting, domain or platform access.
- Reviewing work and providing consolidated feedback.
- Approving content, designs and functionality.
- Verifying prices, claims, policies and regulatory information.
- Maintaining valid licences and third-party subscriptions.
- Ensuring provided content does not violate another party’s rights.
- Keeping passwords and account credentials secure.
The client confirms that they have the necessary ownership, licence, consent or authority to provide all content, photographs, logos, trademarks, product information, documents and other materials supplied to Tatva Digital.
Tatva Digital is not responsible for delays or errors caused by missing information, inaccurate instructions, delayed feedback, inaccessible accounts or incomplete client materials.
Timelines, Feedback and Revisions
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is confirmed in writing.
Timelines may depend on:
- Timely payment.
- Receipt of required content and access.
- Client feedback and approvals.
- Third-party service availability.
- Changes to the agreed scope.
- Technical issues outside Tatva Digital’s reasonable control.
Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback. Conflicting, repeated or fragmented feedback may affect timelines and may require additional charges.
The included number or type of revisions will be described in the relevant project agreement.
Additional revisions, redesigns or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Projects may depend on third-party products or services such as:
- WordPress themes and plugins.
- Hosting providers and domain registrars.
- Email and SMTP services.
- Payment gateways.
- WhatsApp or messaging platforms.
- APIs and automation platforms.
- Cloud storage or content-delivery networks.
- AI tools and external software providers.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms, availability, pricing, security and privacy practices.
Tatva Digital cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility or continued pricing of third-party products.
Changes, outages, account suspensions, API restrictions or discontinued services caused by a third party may require additional work or an alternative solution.
Unless specifically included in the project scope, ongoing third-party licence, subscription, renewal and usage fees are the client’s responsibility.
AI-Assisted Content and Automations
Some services may involve artificial-intelligence tools, automated workflows, generated visuals, generated text, image enhancement or third-party automation systems.
AI-assisted outputs may require human review and may contain imperfections, inconsistencies or unexpected results.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final AI-assisted materials before commercial publication or use.
Tatva Digital does not guarantee that AI-generated output is unique, free from similarity to existing material or suitable for registration as intellectual property.
Automations may depend on external applications, APIs, credentials, usage limits and platform rules. Tatva Digital cannot guarantee that an automation will continue operating indefinitely without monitoring, maintenance or adaptation.
Business-critical automations should retain appropriate human review, backups and manual fallback procedures.

- Pre-existing tools, templates, systems and frameworks.
- Reusable code, methods and internal processes.
- Unused concepts and rejected drafts.
- Third-party materials subject to external licences.

- Was lawfully known before disclosure.
- Is independently developed without using confidential information.
- Is received lawfully from another source.

Tatva Digital may block access, refuse communication or take other reasonable action in response to suspected misuse.
Warranties and Results
Tatva Digital aims to provide services with reasonable care and professional attention based on the agreed scope.
However, unless specifically agreed in writing, Tatva Digital does not guarantee:
- A particular number of leads, sales or conversions.
- A specific search-engine ranking.
- Approval by an advertising, payment or marketplace platform.
- Continuous operation of third-party services.
- Permanent compatibility with future software updates.
- That every browser, device or legacy system will display identically.
- That AI-generated content will be completely error-free or unique.
- That an automation will operate indefinitely without maintenance.
Commercial results depend on many factors outside Tatva Digital’s control, including the client’s offer, pricing, operations, market conditions, traffic, reputation, sales process and continued use of the delivered system.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tatva Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a service.
This may include loss of:
- Revenue or anticipated profit.

- Third-party outages, hacks, policy changes or account restrictions.
- Use of deliverables outside the agreed purpose.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Tatva Digital’s total liability relating to a particular paid project will, to the extent permitted by law, generally be limited to the amount actually paid to Tatva Digital for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the project stage, work completed, expenses incurred and the applicable project-specific agreement.
Advance payments, booking amounts, completed work, purchased licences and committed third-party expenses may be non-refundable where stated in the proposal or invoice.
Detailed conditions are explained in the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Where a project-specific agreement provides different cancellation or refund terms, those specific terms will normally take priority.
Add the Cancellation and Refund Policy link here after that page has been published.
Suspension or Termination
Tatva Digital may pause or terminate a project where there is:
- Non-payment or repeated late payment.
- Abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour.
- Repeated failure to provide required information.
- Material breach of agreed terms.
- A request to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
- A security or reputational risk.
- A technical or practical barrier preventing completion.
Where reasonably possible, Tatva Digital may provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Amounts already due for completed work, committed time or third-party costs remain payable unless otherwise agreed.
The client may cancel a project subject to the applicable proposal, invoice and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
These website terms and related service dealings are governed by the laws of India.
The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through direct, good-faith communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India, unless applicable law or a written project-specific agreement requires otherwise.
Any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
Tatva Digital may update these Terms and Conditions when services, website features, business practices or legal requirements change.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Existing paid projects will continue to be governed primarily by the project-specific terms agreed for those projects.
