Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, approving a proposal, making a payment, or using any service provided by Tatva Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. About Tatva Digital
Tatva Digital provides digital services including, but not limited to:

- Website Maintenance & Support

2. Project Acceptance
A project shall be considered accepted when any of the following occurs:
- A written approval is provided by the client.
- An advance payment is received.
- A proposal or quotation is accepted.
- Work commencement is authorized by the client.
Once accepted, both parties agree to cooperate in good faith throughout the project.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Supply content, images, logos, and other necessary materials on time.
- Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.
- Provide clear feedback and revision requests.
- Ensure they possess legal rights to all content supplied.
Delays in providing required information may impact project timelines.
4. Pricing & Payments
Advance Payment
Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or payment schedule.
Payment Delay
Tatva Digital reserves the right to:
- Pause project work.
- Suspend website deployment.
- Delay delivery.
- Restrict access to completed files.
Until outstanding payments are cleared.
5. Scope of Work
The project scope is defined by the approved quotation, proposal, package, or written agreement. Any request outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Examples include:
- Additional pages
- Additional mockups
- New features
- Content writing not included in the package
- Extra integrations
- Design changes beyond approved revisions
6. Revisions
Revision limits are determined by the selected package or written agreement. Revisions include modifications to existing approved work.
The following are not considered revisions:
- Complete redesign requests
- New functionality requests
- New project requirements introduced after approval
- Changes that significantly alter the original scope
Such requests may be quoted separately.
7. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on project scope. Project timelines may be affected by:
- Delayed client responses
- Delayed content submission
- Additional change requests
- Third-party service delays
- Technical issues beyond our control
Tatva Digital will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Website Launch & Deployment
Website launch is subject to:
- Final approval from the client
- Full payment clearance
- Availability of hosting, domain, and third-party services
After deployment, the client is responsible for reviewing the live website and reporting any issues within 7 days.
9. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, the client shall own the final approved deliverables specifically created for their project.
Tatva Digital Ownership
Tatva Digital retains ownership of:
- Internal processes
- Frameworks
- Development methods
- Design systems
- Proprietary templates
- Reusable code components
- Internal tools and resources
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services including: hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, and external software tools. Tatva Digital is not responsible for:
- Service outages
- Pricing changes
- Policy changes
- Technical failures
- Discontinuation of third-party services
11. Product Mockup Services
For product mockup services, final mockups are intended for marketing and presentation purposes. Actual product appearance may vary due to printing, packaging, manufacturing, or display conditions. Clients are responsible for verifying product information before publication or production.
12. Website Maintenance
Unless included in a maintenance plan or separate agreement, ongoing support is not included after project completion. Future updates may be billed separately. Technical assistance beyond the agreed support period may incur additional charges.
13. Portfolio Rights
Tatva Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio collections, social media platforms, marketing materials, case studies, and presentations. Clients requiring complete confidentiality must request a written confidentiality agreement before project commencement.
14. Limitation of Liability
Tatva Digital shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, revenue loss, indirect or consequential damages, or third-party service failures. The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.
15. Service Refusal
Tatva Digital reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a client engages in abusive behavior, payments remain unpaid, the requested work violates applicable laws, or the project involves unethical, misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
16. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project through written notice. If termination occurs, work completed up to the termination date remains payable. Advance payments may be subject to the Refund Policy. Completed deliverables may only be released after settlement of outstanding dues.
17. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed exclusively by the Tatva Digital Refund Policy available on our website. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
18. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gujarat, India.
19. Changes to These Terms
Tatva Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
